Talking of ethical. I was recently a victim of someone apparently using my home phone to dial premium rate telephone numbers. Would any here consider it ethical to obtain revenue by stealth at £1.50 /min like this?

My bank for instance requires that I sign a direct debit to allow third party charges on my account. Shouldn't a telephone account be subject to the same constraints.
