Well said.I applaud you sir, I could not have said it better myself, I also believe that it costs the same tolive whether you are 16 or 116 , young people are at a dissadvantage, some older people do far less because they have the higher wage, the young person has to work twice as hard to prove their worth yet despite doing the same job as everyone else they get less wages,
