Cost is Important but Good Service is Essential
In this economic downturn everybody is looking at cost. However cost is just one of the factors. It is true people do like to think they have had a bargain. However customer service, quality at a reasonable fair or reasonable price are more important factors.
You simply can't build a successful company based solely on price. If your customer service and quality are poor you will loose customers.
