Healthy Eating & Meal Plans
We all know that eating the right foods and regular exercising is what we should be doing, but life somehow gets in the way, we're all so busy we don't have the time to always think about what we're going to eat. But, if we could sit down and spend a little time planning what we're going to be eating on a daily basis, even if it's just the evening meal with the family, you'd be surprised how much healthier you could eat. A little preparation goes a long way. Healthy eating isn't about cutting out all your favourites it's about going back to basics and preparing your own food cutting out processed foods is probably the best thing you could ever do for your health, and the kids can help with the food planning and the preparation then you can all sit down as a family and eat the same meal. Just starting off by chopping all your veg up at the beginning of the week, making sure you've got loads of lovely salad to put together or veg for stir fries etc. Writing down what you eat can have a huge effect on weight loss and so can making sure you've always got a 2 litre bottle of water with you to drink during the day is another great tip!
