A Green Company

I am a business start up entrepreneur facing the tough process of starting and running a business. Like everyone else, I wanted to find something different about my company to rise above the competition and offer value to my customers. I soon realised I wanted to incorporate what I already value – our environment. I decided I wanted to become a green eco-friendly contractor.

When I first started I was looking for ideas on how to become greener. Most of the information I had found were applicable to domestic homeowners but nothing to help businesses become greener. There was no information for businesses to help them change their ways and reduce the waste and become greener. Over time I began to think of small ways my business can save money, the environment and become that ever step closer to become greener.

Still in the stage of thinking of new ways on finding the green side, it seems to be a long process. Nether less I can proudly say my business is working hard on becoming green.

Should anyone else know of better methods and ideas to implement into businesses it would be most appreciated and the help will advance my company above the competition and become a local business leader in green contracting.
