What is Stress REALLY?

Life is "one damned thing after another" as they say. But or one person this is mainly a series of intersting challenges, to another this is a series of blows, never allowing him (or her) to recover before the next blow.

The difference is in the courage and preparedness of the person. Stress is not the problem. Discouragement is the problem.
