Introduction

Andalucia Information Services was set up to help people who are considering relocating to the Jaen Province in Andalucia - Spain's most populated region. People are often unaware of the hidden costs they may encounter when relocating and often fall fowl to what could only be described as "Cowboy DIY'rs". There is also the very big problem in Spain with illegal builds where it turns out that the buyer does not have the appropriate building permission for thier reform property and end up having it demolished.

We aim to help, by providing accurate and up to date information, based on extensive research and the experience of others who have already made the move.
