Say you receive a 3 hour work request, the following is what would happen if you were using Ezidoesit.
Once you have read the email and decided (taken an educated guess) it will take 3 hours, you drag and drop the email onto one of the colours on the Ezidoesit Elevator Bar. The colours signify the priority of the work task - red is critical, orange is high, yellow is medium and green is low priority. This will take a couple of seconds.
